Category

Accessories
When you receive a mobile phone or laptop for repair at the service center, you likely also receive accompanying items such as chargers, boxes, or SIM cards from the customer. The accessory service categorizes and systematically manages the received items accompanying the device to prevent any part from being misplaced, thus mitigating potential losses.
Title

Problems

Brand

Model

If you accurately enter the model information of devices into the Finty software, you can extract interesting reports about the status of your workshop. Bank
In Finty software, you can easily add all your bank accounts and have precise control over all your banking transactions. We support over 20 types of currency units in Finty software, allowing you to manage your finances with precision.
Staff Log
Business managers using Finty software can have precise control over their staff’s access to various modules such as accounting software or repair shop management. For instance, they can track which staff members logged into the system, at what date and time, and from which IP address. Such reports can be highly valuable for company managers at times.
Users
Every person who is the party of your collection account will be included in the list of users.
In this service, it is possible to define users with all their specifications and categorize them into different user groups such as customers, colleagues, repairmen, etc.
One of the most important features of Finty user service is the possibility to determine the balance of the first period for each person. In this way, you can easily have people’s previous account balance in the system.
Shelf
Perhaps you have encountered the situation where you opened a laptop or cell phone on your work desk for repair, and you didn’t have a specific part available. In such cases, the device may remain open for several days, leading to the loss of small parts or potential damage. In Finty software, we have addressed this issue with the Shelf Management service. When you want to generate a new acceptance invoice, an empty shelf is automatically designated for that invoice, ensuring that no parts go missing, and your repair center remains organized. This way, you will always enjoy order and organization in your repair shop, preventing any potential loss or damage.
Ticket
With Finty’s online capability, you can easily issue a receipt from anywhere with your system or mobile phone and present it to the customer in both print and electronic form via SMS.
In the acceptance process of the device, include all the specifications of the device, including the model, brand and serial number, defects and accessories, possible cost, rules and regulations of the collection, etc.
