Live Repair Status Updates

In repair shops, after issuing a repair ticket for a client, you can keep them informed with real-time updates on the progress of their device repairs using Finty's SMS Notification System.

When you update the repair status in Finty (for example: "Under Repair," "Waiting for Parts," "Ready for Pickup"), an SMS can be manually sent to the customer, keeping them up-to-date with the latest information about their device.
