Card Index Service

The Card Index in Finty lets you view a complete client statement and full transaction history for any client, supplier, or employee. It organizes all financial interactions — including invoices, receipts, and payments — under each person’s profile.
With just one click, you can quickly review every transaction linked to a contact, making it easy to track balances, resolve questions, and stay organized.

Choose the client and date to display their full history.

How Card Index Service Works

In this service, you can select any of your contacts — customers, employees, suppliers, or partners — anyone you do business with. Finty allows you to track payments you have received, payments you have made, and all recorded purchases or services between you and the contact.

You can also select a specific date range to view transactions during a certain period, or simply leave it blank to display the full history.

Transaction Summary

Here, you can view an individual's full transaction summary, including their debts and credits.

Easily export this information to an Excel file for reporting or backup.

Click the eye icon next to a client’s name to view their individual transactions.

Exclamation Mark

Click the exclamation mark icon to view the client’s transaction link or send it to them via SMS.

Statement Service

The Statement service in Finty provides a complete overview of your financial relationships through a clear client statement system.
It shows exactly what you owe others and what others owe you, along with organized lists of all your debtors and creditors. You can view detailed transaction histories, issued repair tickets, and invoices, export data to Excel, and send live client statements to your customers via SMS. This service is designed to make managing debts, credits, issued documents, and overall financial transparency faster and easier.

When you click the eye icon, Finty automatically redirects you to the Transactions service within the Financial Reports menu for deeper details.

You can also click the exclamation mark icon to open an individual's Client Statement, showing a summary of their financial activity.

To easily share this information with your clients:

  • Click "Send client statement via text message"
  • Finty will send a link to your customer via SMS
